Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 30 days of delivery. Items must be in their original condition with all tags attached.

To start a return or exchange, please contact us at support@felipesworld.com with your order number and the reason for the return.

We do not accept returns on:

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you via email. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Please note:

Original shipping charges are non-refundable

If your order qualified for free shipping, a flat restocking fee of $5 may be deducted from your refund to help cover return processing

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? No problem! Email us at support@felipesworld.com, and we’ll help you with an exchange (subject to availability). Exchanges ship free within the U.S.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a defective, damaged, or wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with a photo and your order number. We’ll make it right at no extra cost.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was damaged or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

International Orders
All international sales are final. We currently do not accept returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside the United States.
